Pickaway County has funds available to assist homebuyers with down payment, closing and rehabilitation costs.  The
                          maximum amount of assistance for down payment/closing costs is $11,450.00, but the program will work on a sliding scale,
                          in that using fewer funds for down payment will leave more funds for rehabilitation.  The maximum amount for assistance
                          is $30,000.00

                          Funds are also available for housing rehabilitation and home repair.  The maximum amount available is $30,000.00 for
                          Private Owner Rehabilitation and $8,000.00 for Home Repair.

                          Applications for program assistance can be obtained by contacting the Pickaway County Commissioner's Office at 139 West
                          Franklin Street in Circleville, or by calling (740)474-6093.  Certain ELIGIBILITY, INCOME LIMITS and TERMS & CONDITIONS
                          must be met in order to access these funds.  Information on these requirements and the Pickaway County Housing
                          Assistance program is available in the Commissioner's Office.
